Serving Bethel, Bridgewater, Brookfield, Danbury, New Fairfield,
New Milford, Newtown, Redding, Ridgefield and Sherman

 

The program is for nonprofit agencies who: want to consider areas for change or improvement; want to address key management or organizational issues; want to plan for the future; or want to address a changing environment either internal to their organization or external.

Assistance in the following management areas might include:

  • Board development
  • Organization planning
  • Financial planning
  • Human resource development
  • Information Technology assessment and planning
  • Communication and marketing planning

An independent consultant, retained by the GDNRC, would be assigned to qualifying nonprofit agencies, to work with the executive director, board and staff.
