The Pro Bono Partnership is a complete legal resource center for nonprofit organizations and attorneys. The Partnership provides free business legal services to nonprofit groups in Fairfield County, CT, Westchester County, NY and New Jersey. The Partnership's clients are nonprofit organizations primarily serving poor and disadvantaged populations, working in the areas of health and human services, affordable housing, economic development and neighborhood revitalization. The Partnership identifies and screens nonprofits with legal issues and matches these clients with volunteer attorneys from leading corporations and law firms. The Partnership also offers many legal workshops for nonprofit organizations, and its website contains helpful links and publications for the nonprofit community.

Executive Forum www.executiveforumwcsu.org

The Executive Forum (EF) of Western Connecticut State University is a partnership between the University and the private non-profit human service sector. The Executive Forum is itself a collaboration, joining together faculty from the Department of Social Work (School of Professional Studies) and the Management Department (Ancell School of Business). This joint venture, with the University serving as a conduit, identifies and makes accessible expertise, resources, supports, and other mechanisms for capacity building in the non-profit sector.
