Summer Sing presented by the Danbury Music Centre

The Danbury Music Centre will host a Messiah Summer Sing on Tuesday, August 11th, 7:00 pm, at the Marian Anderson Recital Hall, 256 Main Street, in Danbury. The evening will be led by Richard Price, Music Director and Conductor of the Danbury Concert Chorus, and will be accompanied on the piano by Max Vladimiroff.

This is the first time the Danbury Music Centre has presented a Summer Sing and all singers, including those with little or no experience, are welcome to attend. Students ages 16 years and older are also invited to participate.

This is a unique opportunity to sing the choruses of Messiah just for the fun of doing it – no pressure, no performance, no snow.

The cost is $5 for Danbury Music Centre supporting members, and $10 for all others. The fee includes refreshments and the use of the music. Participants may pre-register by contacting the Danbury Music Centre at (748-1716) or dmc1935@snet.net. There will also be registration at the door.
