Endings – an 8-week evening group for those considering or in the process of ending a marriage or relationship. Next session begins April 27^th.

I AM OK! Reclaiming Your Self Esteem – a 7-week group to identify and develop skills to counter the negative factors impacting self esteem. Next morning session begins April 30^th; next evening session begins April 28^th.

Good Grief – a 3-week evening group that explores ways to experience and work through grief over lost relationships, lost dreams, lost plans. Next session begins      May 6^th.
