Clinical Supervisor

Small, community based non-profit organization seeks Clinical Supervisor to lead our parent education and support programs aimed at strengthening families and reducing the incidence of child abuse. The ideal candidate will posses leadership qualities and demonstrated ability to overseee daily operations, plan, develop, implement and evaluate clinical services to families as well as recruit, train, supervise, motivate and inspire direct service staff, volunteers and interns. Provide orientation and in-service training to all staff, volunteers and interns on an ongoing basis. Supervise service delivery and case management of the home visiting, phone mentoring and group facilitation components of our sevices.  Will work collaboratively with referral sources, medical, educational and social service providers in the community as well as maintain and foster liaison relationships with funding sources and other stakeholders. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Reports directly to and assists the Executive Director with grantwriting and fundraising. Position requires a min. Master's Degree in Social Work or related field and a min of 2 years supervisory experience. Other requirements: ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing. Knowledge in maternal-child health, normative child development and familial relationships a plus. This role requires a great deal of experience in providing services to a culturally diverse community and vulnerable families. Also required is the ability to be culturally sensitive and appropriate.
